I have ordered the Morrissey puppet for two huge fans and the Björk puppet for myself to go on the Christmas tree. I was even lucky enough to get a little fungi badge as a thank you for the orders. Returns and exchanges
All items should be return in original packaging enclosed with a copy of the invoice within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Ding Dong Designs cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post. Items are the customers responsibility until they are received and we recommend returning them by registered delivery.
Ding Dong Designs will refund postage costs on faulty items only.
All refunds will be made using the PayPal account you originally paid with.
Delivery
All items will be sent First Class Royal Mail. If you would like it sent recorded delivery please get in touch.
International - International mail is sent Airmail.
If you would like your purchase delivered to a different address please send an email when you make your purchase stating the address you would like your order sent to.
