Everything Unknown Is Magnificent

DreamHarder is the result of my search for theatre quality props outside of the entertainment industry made available to the public.
My love for masks and the difficulty I had to find good quality props and horns at prices affordable to the individual led to this creative endeavour.
All of my items are handcrafted, hand-painted individual pieces of art that can either be worn or simply displayed to express yourself in the most unique way possible.

Working out of my Gingerbread House surrounded by feline familiars all my items are inspired by my love for world mythology, animals, trees, comics and all things dark and spooky.

Welcome to my shop - here's some information you might need before you decide to click buy ;)

SALES
1. All Sales are final.
While I am happy to cancel the occasional order for special reasons. It is the buyers responsibility to check all details for an item - including but not limited to PRODUCTION TIMES.
All item state specific production times as I do not keep stock and only actually make the items when ordered.
**I will happily cancel any order within 48hrs of it being placed. At this stage the order can be refunded minus the basic cancellation fee that etsy applies to cancellations.**
After that time limit please enquire as a fee will be withheld if the order has already entered manufacturing stage and which stage this is.
Cancellations on custom orders will incur the full price minus the postage costs.

DISPATCH TIME
1a. A minimum of two weeks is required for the creation of some of your items, and while there may be the odd occasion where I can turn around something faster please do not assume that this is the case every time.
Materials require specific times to dry and cure.

DISPATCH ADDRESS
2. It is also YOUR responsibility as the buyer to ensure that the address registered with etsy is correct.
I have had a few orders returned because the address is incorrect - it is not my responsibility as a seller to chase you up and confirm your address is correct.

DISPATCH METHOD
3. All items are sent 1st via Royal Mail. I am not responsible for the items once they are out of my hands and delivered to the postal services. I may assist you if you need but items lost - especially due to incorrect details - will not be replaced.
If you live in a country with notoriously bad postal services please allow for extra time for your delivery and order in time.
Timings for delivery are covered in the FAQ section.
If you require specific Tracked & Signed service or Next Day Delivery (UK mainland only) there are appropriate shipping upgrades for both domestic and international shipping present in the shop. Please add these to your order.

3a. **ITEMS ARE NOT CONSIDERED LOST UNTIL 30 DAYS FROM SHIPPING DATE**

3b. All items are safely packaged and after 3 years we've encountered very little issues shipping pretty much worldwide. We do not accept responsibility for damage sustained during transit due to incorrect handling by the postal services.
The postal services of some countries are notoriously appalling - my own countries of origin Greece/Italy among them. So if you think your item may be manhandled please add the shipping upgrade as it comes with insurance.

SAFETY
4. NONE of the items listed in the shop should EVER be used as safety equipment. This will only lead to accidents.
Materials are listed in each listing - please ensure you read this and avoid ordering if you are allergic to anything.
We are not responsible for any accidents derived from incorrect use of our items.

From experience these are the average times for delivery.

What If The Item Arrived Damaged?

While I endeavour to pack all items with as much care as possible the odd occasion happens when the post office decides to play football with your parcel.
If this happens please contact me immediately - I will not deal with any cases where time between delivery and contact is not on the same day - and we can arrange to work out a solution.

Please bare in mind that every new item is stress-tested by me and my team and therefore I can recognise damage caused by incorrect behaviour by the postal services and say e.g. someone taking a knife to the horns to test the durability of the paintwork (yes, this is a real story!)
