I’m a digital designer/creative director/product designer. Ecotribo is a place to play, experiment, design and make things that are useful, #donoharm and help our planet with their form, function and use of materials.

All items are hand crafted, locally using eco materials- recycled ghost nets and ocean plastics, Biomaterials and sustainable FSC wood. All packaging is plastic free. Every one of our Ocean plastic plant pots and hands are made from recycled ghost nets found on our beaches and coves. Each item is made with love. All purchases support small businesses cleaning up our coasts, inspiring action and planting positivity.

I’ve been a surfer since I was about 7. I love the sea and nature. It’s where I’m happiest. I grew up close to the beach in Durban, Kwazulu Natal, South Africa and now spend free time on rivers, waterways and beaches around Bristol, north Devon, Cornwall and further afield.

People have been asking why ‘EcotribO’ ? It’s got an ‘O!’ at the end as it’s the Portuguese spelling of ecotribe. Also it’s from yebO’ - yes! in Zulu. I choose it because my grand parents were from a small Portuguese island And I grew up in South Africa in Zululand and yebo! Is a real positive word-meaning ‘yes!’ But maybe I overthink things and now it just confuses people! 😂
