I loved how passionate she was and she was replied promptly. I was really happy with the end result. In addition it was packaged really well so it arrived in perfect condition. I had full trust in her opinion as I've seen her work shes completed on her Instagram page. I can't wait to give it as a gift to my boyfriend on Valentine's Day. 3 out of 5 starsReal cute design but the cloth doesn't lie flat-it looks as if it's been folded and has two creases in it that are clear as day. Would've been perfect otherwise.

Many thanks for your review. Apologies that there appear to be creases in the Aida cloth...I iron all pieces before I send them out, and unfortunately it's impossible to ensure the cloth will lie flat in a hoop as there is nothing behind or in front to push it flat. You can iron it yourself to get it flatter just make sure the iron isn't too hot :) Kind regards xxx
