Hi Suzan, your order was a couple of months back, so I cannot remember it specifically but if you feel some of the colours were wrong for the Prism mix you ordered, please do let me know. I'll always be happy to correct any errors, just need to be told about them. The colours you should have received were pink, purple, yellow, turquoise and green. All of these colours will vary slightly from batch to batch, of course. Happy to exchange any pairs in your pack if you wish

5 out of 5 starsI have extremely sensitive ears. Implant grade titanium is the only metal I’ve found I can wear comfortably more than an hour (if that). But most of the titanium jewelry available is stud based and I wanted to try out dangly earrings. Tried these out (changed other earring hooks to these hooks) and have had no problems since! Highly recommend, will likely buy again in the future when I finish using up this pack.

Delivery
All items are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of cleared payment. Insurance is included in the shipping price up to a value of £20 GBP but the service is not trackable and delivery times CANNOT be guaranteed. To insure shipments above this value or if you require a trackable shipping service, please contact me as extra charges may apply. Orders usually arrive in 2-5 working days for the UK and 5-14 working days for outside the UK, although we cannot class any item as "lost in post" until 15 working days have passed for UK orders, 25 working days for outside UK. We reserve to right to cancel / refund orders from unverified/unconfirmed addresses at our discretion.
