Placing an order and shipping price guide
Once your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email confirming that it is on its way to you. The relevant tracking number will also be supplied to you at this point.
All delivery dates are estimates be cannot be guaranteed. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third-party involvement where delays occur to deliveries. Saturdays, Sundays bank holidays are classed as non-working days. Our duty to you is to dispatch the items within the time schedule set on each listing.

Returns
No refunds are available for :
personalised items & balloons
Customer not liking the end product or miss reading of item description.
Customer not handling product with care (shaking, dropping etc)
inability to deliver, non-delivery or late delivery or not updating etsy with correct address.
Lost or stolen merchandise, Cancelled events, for any reason, poor planning on Customer's behalf or miscalculating timings.
Customers responsible for return shipping costs & customs charges(proof of shipping advisable)
Items must be in original packaging, unopened and unused.
once in receipt of goods, refund will commence.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched - items and refunds must be agreed first prior to returning.
What if my Party parcel does not arrive in time for my event?
Please plan with plenty of time - keep in mind circumstance like bank holidays - shipping services do not run and high seasons like Christmas - Post runs are a LOT slower.
Every item has an estimated dispatch time.
We are only responsible for your items until it leaves evescrafts. Once dispatched, we have no control and therefore responsibility for your parcel. Only after 25 working days can we file a claim for lost post (int) to try and claim some monies back.
Please keep in mind the PROCESSING time (approx 1-3 days)

Lost Parcels - PLEASE CONSIDER THIS WHEN CHOOSING YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS.
If you choose any service other than courier / Tracked/signed for - their is NO refunds or re sending of goods for lost parcels. You will have to re purchase you items.
We will always provide proof of shipment upon request.
Royal Mail, USPS etc...do not compensate for lost parcels if they are not posted via tracked/signed for.
We will support you filing a claim i.e. weights dimensions dates etc.
They also do not consider any parcels lost until after 21 working days.
PLEASE CONSIDER THIS WHEN CHOOSING YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS.

RETURNS POLICY (1)
You are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund up to the point of dispatch (this does not apply to personalised items). After this our returns policy below will operate. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then it can be returned to us in its original condition. Please contact to arrange for the order to be returned to our address.We ask that you return your order with the original undamaged packaging. Once we have received the returned item/s we will then arrange for the cost of the order(excluding your postal cost)to be refunded via you original payment method. Please note any return postage costs will not be covered by us. When returning goods to us for any reason we strongly recommend you get proof of postage.

We also advise you should ensure that the order is securely packaged to ensure it is not damaged in transit. If your order is incorrect (wrong items sent), damaged or faulty then we will provide you with a full refund including delivery costs. You are required to return the item/s to us in an unused condition. We will also refund you for the return postage costs if the goods qualify as incorrect, damaged or faulty. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund / replacement in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused. Please note that the above does not apply to personalised items.
