Returns and exchanges
Returns are accepted within 3 days of receipt if the item has been mis-represented (we take the most accurate photos to avoid this), shipping costs will not be refunded.

All returns must be pre authorized before shipments.

Shipping
We ship from PERU SOUTHAMERICA via Serpost (Peruvian official mail services)
