Fiona is a Photographer and Crafter based between Central Scotland and the North-East Coast.

Fiona studied at Motherwell College where she was successfully awarded the HND in Photography in 2012. These 2 years of intense study have given Fiona the opportunity to gain skills, experience and technical expertise in several different disciplines of photography. This has inspired her to put these into practice and capture the magnificent landscapes of Scotland.

In 2012 Fiona’s photograph of the Bow Fiddle Rock was awarded 1st Place in the Student Photojournalism Category at the British Institute of Professional Photography (BIPP) Scotland annual awards ceremony. Following on from this, Fiona’s work has been featured in national publications such as the Metro and Times Education Supplement Scotland (TESS) and local press in the Motherwell area.

Although she specialises in Landscape Photography, Fiona also has skills and experience in Portraiture, Fashion, Commercial and Promotional Photography and welcomes and enjoys the different challenges that each of these disciplines demands.

In addition to her photography she has applied her creative skills to make a range of products in Harris Tweed. The range includes iPad and phone cases, washbags and her unique and very popular product of Guitar Straps. She is continuously expanding the range of products available and expects to be able to offer a range of purses and travel accessories in the near future.

Fiona sources the tweed direct from the weavers on Harris and using inspiration from the many colours in the tweed she chooses lining fabrics which both complement and exhibit the beautiful fabric.
