. Claudia is just amazing. She arranged to meet me up with so I could try on 2 of her dresses I had been looking at for my Wedding dress. Leading up to the meeting Claudia kept in constant contact and on the day turned up with 2 most gorgeous dresses you could hope for. Nothing was too much trouble and she even came up with some brilliant ideas to make the dress just that little bit more special for my big day. Im so excited and can't wait to start seeing it customised and then finished for the day. Claudia is a wonderful person and an amazing designer, I can't recommend her enough.

Designer doing her own thing

Falcieri Designs began in July 2012 although my career history as a freelancer began years before that in historical costume.

After I sold all my costume stock in 2012 I closed my shop as my business transitioned to the business it is today and was reopened in March 2015.

However it has only been repopulated over recent months and is finally starting to look like a real shop as I use it as my main online shopping experience for my label.

Returns and exchanges
RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You must book a return within 5 days of receiving your goods. Costs (including agreed postage return costs) refunded in full if the product is at fault.

We recommend you thoroughly check your items upon receiving, and before disposing of any tags or packaging. Goods must be returned to us in a saleable condition, without being worn, washed, damaged or used and with tags still on.

Customised items are non-returnable or refundable.

If you would like to exchange an item or require customisation after receiving it, get in touch, and I will be happy to send out the new item upon receiving the original or arranging alterations with you for garments you have already received.

Return and exchange shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product is at fault.
Payment
If you are requesting a custom order on an existing garment, please purchase in advance, including agreed customisation costs and shipping. If you would prefer to visit for your customised fitting you are more than welcome to.

If you are requesting a customised version of an existing garment that is being made from scratch for you, costs will be agreed in advance. Usually I request a deposit in advance plus materials, with the rest payable upon completion with pre-agreed shipping costs.

Please contact me for full details for customised items as it does vary depending on your requirements, timescales, shipping area etc.
Shipping
Items are delivered 1st class, signed for with insurance within 3 days of purchase provided there are no holdups with communication or verifying details etc. If you require expediated delivery please contact me in advance of sale and costs will be found and agreed in advance.

Worldwide standard airmail is based on information provided to me by the Post Office and can never be guaranteed. If you are unsure please check with me and choose a faster more secure method if necessary. I provide accurate postage information but cannot take responsibility where the postal system has failed to uphold their delivery times. In some cases where a guaranteed service has been requested and not met by the postal service refunds may be an option but that is dependent on the policy of the postage service concerned.

TAXES AND VAT

Some countries impose import taxes/customs charges. I am not responsible for any import taxes incurred for delivering overseas. It is the buyers responsibility to pay. Please check with your import policies where possible if you have concerns about additional costs.

PACKAGING

To keep shipping costs down I recycle packaging wherever possible.

MULTIPLE ITEMS

Multiple items costs on my shipping calculator are a guide. If you are purchasing more than two items of varying weights I am more than happy to manually recheck all weights for you and recalculate based on this and increased insurance for your items. Just drop me a line in advance to check shipping costs. I am always happy to oblige and respond to queries regarding estimating shipping costs in advance!

COLLECTION OR DELIVERY IN PERSON

If it works better for you, you are more than welcome to collect directly from myself from my studio in Manchester. Alternatively, and if you are not too far away, I will deliver for petrol fees at a rate of 20ppm.

In most cases customised orders will be based on the details you give me so if you provide inaccurate measurements or other information I cannot be held responsible for mistakes when I have worked to your request. I do however, try to thoroughly check for discrepancies and will be clear about what measurements I require if I am completing a customised order on your behalf.
