Frequently asked questions
Do you make any custom stockings?
I don't make any custom stockings. All of my stocking are already made for the season.
However, I add new stockings each year, so I love to know what my customers are looking for.
How Do I Care For My Stockings?
If you need to launder your stockings, hand wash gently in cool or warm water using a non-phosphate detergent. Do not scrub. Then hang to dry.
Iron through pressing cloth.
How soon will my stockings ship?
I make every effort to ship items within one day - and no more than three business days. I want all of my customers to have their stocking in time for the holidays.
As Christmas approaches I will add postal upgrade options for those last minute buyers.
Do you offer Insurance and "signature confirmation" ?
Yes, I offer both.
All packages over one pound (tree skirts, and more than 5 stockings) are shipped Priority Mail which includes $100 insurance that covers damage or loss by the USPS.
Smaller packages are shipped via First Class Mail and do not include any insurance. If you would like more insurance coverage contact me.
Insurance does not cover theft after delivery by the USPS.
Signature confirmation, where you must sign for your package, insures that your package will not be stolen from your mailbox or front porch. . Contact me to include this with your order (US only).
I am not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address supplied by my customer, or for lost or stolen packages.
