All printables are professionally designed to standard CMYK print specifications. If something is not printing correctly (alignment or color) it is due to user error or printer calibration problems. I will do my best to assist you with any printing problems, however no refunds will be issued due to printing errors.

If you'd like an invitation in a custom shade, please select it in the drop down menu. For best results, convo me with a swatch. Otherwise, please do your best to describe the color (example: seafoam green). Please note that instant download items (ex. thank you notes, raffle tickets) are only available in the color noted in the listing description. Please do not purchase these items under the assumption that the color can be customized. If that occurs you will either need to pay an additional $5 for your custom color or I will refund your money and cancel the transaction.

If you'd like a particular font I can change it for you for a $2 upcharge. Requesting a particular font after you have already paid is not allowed. Please note that all fonts are not available.

Q: When I view my digital file, the color looks weird or off - WHY?
A: Tablets, computer monitors and smartphones, particularly iPads/iPhones interpret colors as "RGB" (color scale used for the internet). The digital file that is sent to you is optimized for print media, or CMYK (true color).

Q: How do I print my custom invitations?
A: Instructions on how to print and assemble digital invitations are included with the file.

Q: My onesie invitation does not line-up when I print the opposite side. Can you fix this?
A: If you are experiencing this problem, please send me a message before leaving neutral or negative feedback for your order. I am happy to research the problem and offer a few printing troubleshooting tips. Often times this problem can be fixed by simply running a printer calibration page or double-checking your print properties dialogue box.

Q: How do I cut the onesie invitations?
A: The best method is to trim by hand using scissors. On average they take 3-4 minutes to trim per invite. You can also try using a craft knife.

Q: Do you offer print services on your invitation designs?
A: No, I do not offer print services. By doing this I can ensure quick delivery of custom invitations at affordable prices to my customers.
