European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). GDPR comes into effect on 25 May 2018 giving individuals in the European Union more transparency, rights, and control over how their personal information is used and processed by businesses.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when fifeseaglass collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from fifeseaglass, contact fifeseaglass, or otherwise use fifeseaglass services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that fifeseaglass does not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy. To fulfil your order, you must provide fifeseaglass with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to fifeseaglass), this information will include details such as: your name, email address, postal address and the details of the product that you’re ordering. Etsy do not pass on any banking information to fifeseaglass. You may also choose to provide fifeseaglass with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact the shop directly. Fifeseaglass will not use your information to send you information about it’s products and services.

Fifeseaglass relies on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
• as required to provide the services of fifeseaglass, such as the use of your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
• if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
• as necessary for the purpose of fifeseaglass’s legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as:
1) providing and improving the services of fifeseaglass. Fifeseaglass use your information to provide the services you requested and in it’s legitimate interest to improve the services of fifeseaglass;
