Royal Mail are currently experiencing delays with deliveries due to the volume of parcels being received. Many depots across the UK are running slower than planned due to the high volume of parcels, having to social distance or less staff due to illnesses. Please wait at least 7 days before contacting about late delivery enquiries. All of my items are made to order and are being shipped as quickly as possible (most within 24 hours) but once it's been shipped it is out of my hands and Royal Mail are working the best they can to deliver items on time.
