Essex based cat mum of 4 making cute and unique catnip toys ♥️

I started from me to mew in April 2017 having recently become a cat mum to a 2nd cat who loved toys far too much. I found myself becoming disheartened at the lack of variety in cat toys available in pet stores and decided now was the best time to change that.

I've always been interested in craft. I spent many years making costumes, however this stopped and I found myself needing a creative outlet but was unable to find one that I genuinely enjoyed.

I decided to try and make some toys for my cats. I researched into safe materials, the best cat nip to use and made my first ever toy. It was a success straight away with both my cats. I then made some for some friends who also had cats and the toys were a hit with them too.

It was then that I decided I could make something of this and decided to start making toys for sale.

The best part of this is seeing happy cats enjoying their toys and hearing how my toys have helped sick & nervous cats have fun.

My designs are inspired by things I enjoy such as food, Japanese culture and things from the 90's.

Being a cat mumma of 4, I created this so I could share my love of cats with others.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges or cancellations.

I am happy to accept returns, however buyer is responsible for return postage.

I can only accept returns for items that are in their original unopened packaging (This is due to hygiene issues as I cannot resell a toy that has potentially been played with). Each toy is sent in a sealed clear bag. All toys are quality checked before postage and toys are visible through the packaging.
I am unable to offer a refund for toys that have been opened.

If you want to return your item;
Please inform me within 14 days of delivery
Please return the item within 21 days of delivery.
If returning an item, please make sure to send it via a recorded courier (e.g royal mail signed for)
A refund for the item & original postage will be issued when returned item has been delivered to me.

Returned items that have been opened will not be refunded due to hygiene issues.
Damaged Items:

If an item arrives damaged, picture proof will be required and a full refund will be issued once item has been returned to me by a recorded postage service. (Both original p&p and return p&p will be refunded).

Refunds will not be issued for any toy that has been opened and damaged during play. Due to the nature of cat nip and it's effect on cats, toys may have a limited life span.

Items must be paid for within 3 days of purchase.

I aim to ship within 7 days of payment due to being a shift worker. Customers will be made aware of any changes in dispatch time.

Once your item has been posted, The order will be updated with a tracking code. All items require a signature on delivery.

I am not responsible if an item has been returned to me due to buyer not picking it up.
Buyers can have the item delivered again by repaying the postage cost, or if they don't want a redelivery, are entitled to a partial refund to the value of the item only (Not including P&P).

I am not responsible for delays or items destroyed in customs.

Please check your countries customs law regarding catnip before purchasing.
If an item is lost in transit;
I ask buyers to be patient, especially with international post as they can be delayed.

UK post - If item hasn't arrived after 21 working days, please contact me and a full refund will be issued.

International Post - If item hasn't arrived after 30 working days, please contact me and a full refund will be issued.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We can provide a gift wrapping service if needed. Please let us know on your order if you require wrapping.

Wholesale availability

If you are interested in bulk buying any of our toys, please contact us via Etsy for availability and pricing.

Due to each toy being handmade, bulk orders will take longer than regular orders.

Can you dispatch my item sooner?

If you need an item sooner, please contact me with the order to enquire.
I cannot guarantee early posting as each item is made to order and I am unable to post everyday.

I will however try my hardest to accommodate your request.

How do you make your toys?

Each toy is hand-sewn. Glue may be used on certain designs.
