Frequently asked questions
How long are your dispatch times?
• Due to the high demand for orders and depending on the item ordered, please currently allow 1-3 working days (Mon - Fri) for us to dispatch your order. Processing times can vary for each collection of products.
• We politely ask you to allow the full processing time on your order - this will include us dispatching your order as well as the delivery time on top of this.
• You will find your estimated delivery date on your email order conformation.
When will I receive my order?
• All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and will depend on the service you choose at checkout.
• On the very rare occasion, some parcels can get lost along the way.
UK - Please allow 10 working days before we can class your parcel as lost.
Rest of World - Please allow 25 working days before we can class your parcel as lost.
I have made a mistake on my order, can I amend?
• If you have made an error on your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Although we can amend this for you, we can't amend once this has gone into processing so we can't promise anything. Unfortunately any changes to be made after the order can't be guaranteed.
My address is incorrect on my order, can I change?
• Please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, we can change this for you however, we can't make any promises if you get in touch with us too late.
Do you accept returns and refunds?
• Unfortunately as each order is personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds.
• If however your order is faulty/damaged on arrival please get in touch.
CUSTOM/IMPORT & DUTY FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Delivered to outside UK)
• As the buyer, you are responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
• These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. We cannot predict these fees and therefore cannot calculate them for you.
• This came into place from January 2020 when Brexit was officially put into place and as a business, we unfortunately have no control over this.
I'd like something more personal, can you do that?
• Of course! If there are any specific designs you have in mind and would like something a bit more personal, please get in touch. We can work with you to create something unique to you.
Enquiries/Contact
• If you have an enquiry regarding your order please ONLY get in touch via Etsy's messaging service. Getting in touch any other way may not be delivered on monitored.
• If you respond directly on email from Etsy's automated email, this will not be delivered or read.
