Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I accept returns on all items provided that they are in their original condition. I will refund the cost of the item(s), minus shipping. Return shipping will be at the buyers expense.

Items are occasionally lost in the mail, at which point I will send you a replacement at no charge provided that I have the materials on hand. If I cannot recreate the item(s), you may choose something of equal value from our shop, we can discuss a custom piece, or I will refund you your money in entirety.
I accept PayPal and money orders. You can pay through PayPal with your credit card even if you don't have an account.

If paying through PayPal, I require payment within 3 days of purchasing, after 3 days the sale will be canceled and the item relisted in our shop.

If paying with a money order, I require that the money order be mailed within 3 business days of purchase.

If you're interested in other payment methods, or have any questions, problems, or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
I happily ship worldwide and strive to keep our shipping prices accurate for what it will cost us to mail the item(s) to you. If there is a large discrepancy, I will refund you the difference.

I aim for same or next day shipping, if there's going to be a delay I will notify you. Once the package is in the hands of the postal service, we are unable to control how quickly you will get it. As always, a certain degree of patience with the process is necessary.

However, if you feel that the package is taking too long to reach you, please contact me. (See Refunds and Exchanges for more information.)
