    Refunds are not available on made to order items or personalised items.
    Delivery
    I will ship within 3 days of receipt of payment for items already in stock.
    Items that are custom made may take up to two weeks to process in that occasion I will inform you before, this may because of colour changes or personalisation.
    I am happy to upgrade delivery to track items.
    Usual items will be normal 1st class postage with proof of posting.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    I am afraid at present I will only offer UK postage for the large items as it appears quite expensive to send internationally when you make canvasses.
    I apologise to my overseas friends. I will review this if I can source alternative shipping.

    all orders are hand made by me, some are customised and personalised
    if you would like a custom make of anything you see please get in touch via the contact button.
    All my readings are personalised as they are about you and no one else for those I do require some information from you first including: name, name at birth, date of birth and place of birth, this information is for me only to use as an energetic key to access the akashic records only.

    All items are an approximate size but I do my best to give you as accurate a size as possible.

    The akashic records I describe as an energetic library where all information that has ever happened in the past, present and future is stored. All actions, thoughts, deeds, ideas, concepts are there.

    Everything is recorded here for us to access whether it is to learn more about our Soul or what is blocking us moving ahead with our Life's purpose.
