1 out of 5 starsNever received the order. Was initially fobbed off with the old Royal Mail are on strike excuse when I initially messaged but she did not send when she stated. Things have come from China twice (with Royal Mail) in the time I’ve been waiting. If I’d have known it was going to be this much of a stress, I would have just made the item myself.

Custom and personalised orders
I am happy to accept custom orders. As well as the cost of your item/s and postage, there will be an additional Design Fee. This will include a number of customer design alterations.After you, the customer has used these alterations up, and are still wanting more, these will come with an additional cost for each one.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you are not happy with your item, you may return it for a full refund within 28 days from the day you receive your item. Return postage is to be paid by you the customer.
Please inform Hearts and Delights of your intention to return within 14 days.
The item must be returned in the condition that it was sent out in along with the original / correct packaging. Please use recorded delivery, as Hearts and Delights cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, or this will void your refund.
When the item has been returned in a satisfactory state, you will be issued your refund. If the item shows signs of being used or is damaged, no refund or part refund will be issued.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes. Please contact me within 3 days from date of order and a full refund will be issued to you.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER AFTER RECEIVING IT?
Yes. I am happy to exchange your order. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item and return it within 14 days.
Both postage’s (to return and have your new order sent to you) are to be paid by you the customer. A custom listing will be set up for the extra postage charge.
The item must be returned in the condition that it was sent out in. Please use recorded delivery, as Hearts and Delights will not be held responsible for orders lost in the post and this will void your exchange.
When your item has been returned in a satisfactory state, your agreed exchange item will be sent within 3 working days.
If the returned item shows signs of being used or is damaged, you will be asked to pay for your new item.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER FAILS TO REACH ME?
If your order fails to reach you , please contact me within 4 weeks from dispatch date. If your order cannot be traced, you can either have a full refund or replacement.
Orders cannot be traced after 6 months and no replacement or refund will be issued.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ADDRESS I HAVE GIVEN IS INCORRECT AND MY PARCEL IS SENT OUT?
Hearts and Delights cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses.
If the address you have given is incorrect and your order is sent out to it, it may be returned to Hearts and Delights by the shipping company.
You can either:
- pay additional postage charges to have your order resent to you at the correct address

- be issued a full refund minus postage charges
