5 out of 5 starsI totally recommend it: Karen was lovely - She was very responsive of our messages and kept updating us of every step. She also helped us with the delivery. The chair surpassed expectations: can tell it's been taken very good care of, it looks great and it is very good quality.

5 out of 5 starsThis arrived well packaged, seriously well packaged (it could have survived a drop from a skyscraper).
Its a lovely item, the heft of it alone makes it great for a bookshelf, the ruby red colour looks lovely with some copper lights inside. -

5 out of 5 starsHannah has been so helpful and accommodating - my beautiful victorian jug and bowl had been damaged in transit, despite scrupulous packing, and the bowl was broken. Hannah refunded me a generous amount and I kept the jug. Thanks, Hannah!
