Colourful skyline illustration prints, cards and homewares

Hello and welcome to my Etsy shop!

I'm Helena, an illustrator and designer based in Norwich, England. I love drawing buildings and exploring new places, and am always looking out for inspiration on my travels. I now have quite a large collection of illustrated cities and am always adding more to them!

I've created a range of bright and colourful cityscape prints, stationery and homewares featuring my illustrations and I also do freelance illustration as well as custom prints such as house portraits and wedding venue illustrations. All my products are printed and made in the UK or handmade by me, keeping everything as local as possible.

All items are designed, printed and made in the UK.
I can also do custom orders and illustration, please contact me for a quote.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are not completely happy with an item, it can be returned for a refund or exchange.

You must let me know within 14 days of receiving the order that you would like to return it. Please let me know that you are returning it before posting.

If you would like a cancellation form to complete, please let me know.

Items must be sent back in the original condition as received, and the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

If you are returning an international order from outside the UK, please mark the package as a return on the front and on the customs form, otherwise any customs charges incurred will have to be deducted from the refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom orders, anything personalised and custom illustration are non-refundable.

If an order arrives damaged or faulty please let me know, and send a picture of the item and packaging, and I will sort out a replacement or refund straight away.
Payment can be made through paypal, or by a credit / debit card.
*Christmas 2021*

Please place your order as early as you can to arrive in time for Christmas. I cannot guarantee that any order will definitely arrive by Christmas, especially international orders, so the earlier you order the better chance it has of arriving! If you would like an item sent directly as a gift, you can add a gift message at checkout which I will hand write onto a postcard for you, or you can buy a card/Christmas card too and add your message to be written inside

*UK Orders*

All items will be sent by first class post and will usually be posted within 1-2 working days. Your order should then hopefully arrive with you 1-3 days later but at the moment due to the current situation could take longer, so please bare this in mind. Some areas of the UK are experiencing delays with Royal Mail still.

*International Orders*

Please note that some orders will take a lot longer to arrive than normal at the moment and it's best to check any updates with your country's delivery service before ordering from the UK.

International orders are currently taking anything from around a week to up to 6 weeks or more to arrive, so please take this into consideration when ordering and leave plenty of time if possible! I cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date for any international orders, and some post is taking an extremely long time to arrive. Please let me know if your order has not arrived after 6 weeks, as before that I'm not able to do anything except ask you to be patient and wait a bit longer!

All international orders will now be sent with tracking (apart from cards - you can upgrade and add tracking at checkout if you would like it on a card).

The buyer is responsible for any customs charges, import duties, tax etc.
I cannot control this or tell you what exactly the charge would be - this will depend on your country and you should look up the relevant government website for your country to check.

EU customers - if your order value is under €150, Etsy will apply the import tax at the point of sale now.
Please note that I cannot guarantee that there won't be any other charges to pay on delivery - this will depend on your country and you should look up the relevant government website for your country to check. If your order value is over €150, no tax will be charged at the point of sale, but there will be taxes and customs fees to pay on delivery from your country's postal service. I cannot control this or tell you what exactly the charge would be.

*All Orders*

If an item is sent back because of an incorrect address, it can't be delivered or no-one is available to sign for it and is not collected from the post office in time, you will have to pay again for delivery.

If an order does not arrive within 2 weeks (UK orders) or 6 weeks (international orders) please let me know and I will look into it. For international orders with tracking, you can find the tracking number and link to track on your shipping notification.

If your order has not arrived, please first check that the delivery address you gave was correct, and if possible check with neighbours and the local post office/sorting office incase it has been left there for you and you haven't been notified. If you have a tracking number, please also check this too incase there are any updates.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete/wrong, please contact me straight away and this will be sorted out.

Washing fabrics

Tea towels are machine washable at up to 40°c.
