The seller had great communication and was very helpful. I ended up returning the watch strap I ordered because it was too big. I recommend knowing the wrist size for who will be wearing the strap and letting the seller know so she can make the strap accordingly. It was a very nice strap, good quality, and made well, just sadly didn’t fit who I was gifting it to!

Very poor customer service! Seller is not courteous or helpful. I never received my purchase. I gave one star so that I was able to share my experience. The rating deserves 0 stars. I Do not recommend!
