When I saw this crystal point I fell in love, i vibe with crystal points aaaaand it's orgonite!? I had to have it! It's so beautiful and I love looking at it, I love seeing the placement of how she made it and I love wearing it mostly, I get many compliments on this necklace, such a wonderful piece 😚😚

If you've okayed a CUSTOM item and decide you don't like it when it arrives you must contact me immediately within 3 days and in which case you MAY only be refunded up to 50% of your original payment up to **my discretion** to account for my time spent creating your item and material cost. I spend lots of time creating the items specifically for each customer who has requested the custom and it is difficult to resell the item when it was created for someone else's intent and after absorbing the energy of your space. If you are not sure you like it or if the colors aren't what you asked for you need to ask for more images or a better video BEFORE I send the item to you in the mail.***** No Exceptions *****
Resin is a difficult medium to master and air bubbles/cracks often happen beyond my control. There is nothing I can do about this and you will not be refunded because of these reasons. They are only physical traits that do not affect the energy of the Organite and only add to the uniqueness of each piece making each one truly unlike any other. This is not a reason for a refund or exchange.

If you have a shipping deadline send me a message and I can try to make that happen if its in my power. Charges will apply for any shipping upgrades for faster deadlines. Shipping insurance can also be purchased upon request.
You are still liable for all shipping costs if your piece doesn't make it due to not including the entire address. Even if you decide to cancel your order after the fact.
