I am disappointed with this purchase. With shipping, it cost almost $40 for a piece of card stock with a design and words. Also, I ordered an 8x10 frame for this item only to learn that it doesn’t actually measure 8x10. It measures about 8 1/4 x 12. Now I have to cut it and hope it still looks okay. I would not recommend purchasing this item.

Thanks for your feedback and we’re sorry to hear that you’re not happy with your purchase. Apologies about the size, looks like we have dispatched A4 size instead of 8X10 Inches. We can ship you another print of 8X10 inches.

Her artist side was born with the birth of her beautiful daughter Dharini and taking a break from her professional work.
Documenting her daughter's milestone by cleverly capturing her personality, she began using graphics to go into nursery world of boundless imagination and giving a meaning story of her hidden passion.

Returns and exchanges
In the event of a lost package I will ask you to wait 4 weeks before I replace your item. It has been my experience that even the most sidetracked packages, find their way in that time frame

After the payment is received I raise an invoice for the client, it is of PDF format.
Shipping
To ship outside of England, I use the Royal Mail UK Service and I always obtain proof of postage.
If you would like insured and trackable postage (Airsure internationally or recorded delivery in the UK) please contact me BEFORE making your purchase as it will cost a little more.
For urgent deliveries I can also provide quotes for a courier service worldwide.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide me with a deliverable shipping address. If you do not provide me with your complete, correct shipping address and your package is consequently returned to me, you must pay shipping again before I will resend it. This rule also applies to unclaimed packages. If a package is at the post office, it is the customer's responsibility to pick it up before it is returned to sender. I will not cover the cost to reship packages that are unclaimed.
Please make sure your home address on Etsy matches your address on Paypal as this can lead to missing or lost parcels.
All the iPhone cases are processed individually when the order is placed.
So returns are not accepted.
