INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I send all order untracked, it usually takes around 2-4 weeks for international orders from the UK, although it can be quicker/slower!
CHRISTMAS 2022: Please order asap for Christmas delivery! Especially International orders!! I cannot guarantee Christmas delivery once I have shipped your items so please allow plenty of time!

Custom and personalised orders
Sorry, I do not take on customised and personal order requests, including changing my current designs.
International postage and tracking.
All international orders are sent untracked.
Due to the high costs of shipping internationally with tracking, this is not something that I add as standard. All overseas parcels are shipped with care using standard international post. If you would like to add tracking please contact me BEFORE placing an order.
Please note this service will add an additional shipping charge which can be quite high, plus a handling fee as it will require an extra trip to the post office.
Please note I am shipping from the UK. Postage times overseas can be around 2-4 weeks. Please get in touch if you are worried about your order taking longer to arrive.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrapping is not a service I add as standard. I can add personalised notes to orders, but please get in touch to make it clear what you would like me to write!
All of my orders are neatly packaged in colourful paper bags with my logo stickers.
Lost orders
All orders are sent untracked.
If you are worried your order has been lost in the post, please get in touch! If it has been more than 20 working days (UK and Europe) or 25 working days (rest of the world) I will send out a replacement no problem. Happily this rarely happens!
Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is provided. I will not replace items sent to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to me because of an incorrect address you will need to pay additional shipping for it to be resent to the correct address.
I live in Brighton too, can I pick up my order from you and save on postage?
Sorry, I don't offer a pick up service! Also, as my postage costs also cover packaging, I wouldn't be able to offer this as a free service. Hopefully too you will see that my P&P costs are actually very affordable!
What are your Christmas posting dates for 2021?
At Christmas, shipping times are often longer, especially for overseas orders. This is especially important this year when there are already extended shipping times due to COVID. Please be aware that international orders can take 4-8 weeks, and I cannot make any guarantees for Christmas delivery. I am always quick with packing and posting orders, but the delivery part is out of my hands!
Everything ships from the UK, I use standard international shipping which is UNTRACKED. I do no offer tracking.
Last shop orders are midnight on 12th December. I will be on Christmas vacation and closing the shop for 2 weeks after this date, ready to re-open for 2022 shortly after Christmas.
