I’m waiting for my order to arrive still?

Sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived yet!

Once your order has been printed / produced, you will receive your dispatch email from Etsy which will provide an estimated delivery date window.

All delivery dates provided by Etsy are given as estimates and should be used as a guide ONLY when placing your order.

We would kindly ask you to allow 10 working days from the estimated delivery date for the item to arrive. If it has not arrived once your post has been on the 10th working day, please do get back in touch.

Dispatch / estimated delivery dates can be found within the purchases & reviews section of your account.

Refunds are not provided for delivery items which are
delayed in the post.

How to send across a photo

Ordering a Polaroid photo card?

After ordering please send across your photo in a message on Etsy, please do not email them as they do not link to your order.

There should be a camera icon on your messages where you can upload the photo.

Please note photos are not edited, if you wish to have the photo in black/white please send it in black/white

Photos are only cropped to be square to fit onto the design

Photo Printing

The photo printed looks different to the one sent?

Please note that the colour of your photos may look slightly different printed compared to on screen.

Since a screen is itself a light source, images almost always look much brighter with more vivid colors on screen than they do when they're printed.

Can you send a card direct to the recipient?

Yes of course!

We don’t print the internals of the cards but happy to handwrite your message inside and send direct to your friends and family.

Please remember to change your address to be theirs

What is the card quality used?

Both our cards and prints are digitally printed to order on luxury G.F Smith 250gsm diamond white fine linen effect card, creating a fine art feel.

Fonts

We have three core fonts that are used on our cake toppers & two main fonts used on our cards.

If you wish to see a visual of your design after ordering please just send us a message. Please note that this may extend your lead times slightly.

We do not accept returns if you are not happy with how your personalisation looks in the fonts used.

We don’t take on requests to amend the fonts on our designs.

Can I see a visual of the design before the item is made?

Yes of course!

Just pop a note when messaging and we can send across a visual. Please note that this may delay your order slightly depending on how quickly we receive your approval back

Do you accept refunds?

We produce all our personalised products on a made-to-order basis. Due to the personalised nature of these products, we typically do not accept refunds unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

If your order has been damaged in transit, or you have noticed a fault with your order, please let us know with photos, within 2 days of receipt of your order, to help us work out a resolution for you as quickly as possible.

I've changed my mind about my order

We print/design all personalised items ordered, on demand, personalized with the custom text/photos entered by yourself.

This means we are unable to offer returns and refunds for products which have been received as ordered, without any significant faults.

I’m looking to order a cake topper for a joint Christening, can the design be amended to fit two names?

That’s no problem at all, the names would just be scaled down to fit
