This came very quickly, and I was so happy to see the page was nicely mounted. I trimmed the white card a bit to fit in a frame and it served well as a mat so I could fit it in a standard frame. This is my first linocut purchase, and I’m so excited! It’s just beautiful.

This "hares" print shipped quickly and was very well packaged. And the print itself is so wonderful. I don't know how to describe why I love this print so much but that's art right? It just makes me happy looking at it.

How we got our name: jaggerstudio

I started my shop after building up about 30 linocuts, and selling them to friends and family. I have also signed up to a number of local craft fairs and started printing for stock and thought I would set up an online store.

How did it all start - I am a designer by trade and run a website business along side my exhibition business. We built an online shop for a friend Louise Holmes a full time artist and poet. - she has been involved in her last job as a copywriter for a large Greetings card company and wanted to produce her own cards and prints.

We set her website up castironpress.uk and i got hooked.

I named my shop after my father - his middle name was Jagger - his mums name - Dad was a war baby and although his mum remarried and he used the name Bennett - it wasn't until he was about to get married under the name of Bennett that he changed his name from Kenneth Jagger.

Now no longer with us - this shop is a little tribute to his name and history

I hope you will check back and see how we develop the shop and the growing list of new prints

I have been a designer for 40 years and recently started lino printing. I like the fact that you can have an idea, cut it and print it in a day. The name of the shop is in celebration of my late Dad who's middle name was Jagger.
