Love this! However one of the Roses did fall off, easily fixed with a bit of glue. My new favorite headwear :) Would love to be able to get this in a wider range of colours such as red and black, green and black ect.

Jane Nevermore is currently based in the UK, but never fear, we do ship Internationally! Though do please bear in mind that your item will cost a little more to ship and may take longer than usual to reach you, but our aim is to ensure that your item reaches you in due course and in perfect condition. With this in mind, please be advised that we do not currently offer an International shipping service without tracking. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to BELARUS, CONGO, COTE D'IVOIRE, CUBA, EGYPT, ERITREA, GUINEA, IRAN, IRAQ, LIBERIA, LIBYA, MYANMAR, SOMALIA, SUDAN, SYRIAN ARAB REPUBLIC, TUNISIA, UKRAINE OR ZIMBABWE.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Almost all Jane Nevermore items are handmade and made-to-order, so can take between 4 to 10 days for construction depending on the size of the order, with 5 to 7 days estimated for shipping within the UK. International orders are estimated to take up to a fortnight depending on which country you live in and the speed of your customs service.
Refunds and Exchanges
After your return has been processed, you will receive a full item refund minus the cost of postage. Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt of items. The 14 days are counted from the day you receive the items. Unfortunately, items returned after the 14 days will not be accepted. All postage and packing costs are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items that are not in a re-saleable condition.
International returns may be subject to customs charges which are also the responsibility of the customer. We will only process a refund of the item once it is received by us. If you are returning an item from abroad, be sure to mark the parcel as returned goods to reduce the risk of heavy charges.
If your item is satisfactory, but simply the wrong size, we do offer exchanges. The easiest way to exchange an item is by returning it to us for a refund and re-purchasing the desired item from the site in a new transaction. If store credit is preferred, you will be sent an invoice via email for the postage charges and the cash difference, if any. Again, all postage charges involved are the responsibility of the customer.
Additional policies and FAQs
For handmade items, handwashing in cold to lukewarm water with a mild detergent is ideal. However if you're in a rush (we understand, it happens to the best of us!) a short cycle on the lowest temperature setting should suffice. For our dyed items, though they are all pre-shrunk and pre-washed, it is still advised that you wash your new item separately from your other clothing in case of dye transfer. Again, it is advised that you wash these items on a short cycle at a low temperature to preserve the great colour and help them last longer! It is not advised that you wash any of our items on a high temperature or tumble dry, as you run the risk of either shrinking or damaging the fabric.
Is my info safe once I have completed checkout?
Jane Nevermore is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you - e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where we have your express permission to do so. We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission, but we cannot be responsible or held liable for the actions of third party sites from which you may have linked or been directed to the Jane Nevermore website.
