I have always loved textiles fabric and color to design as well as the history behind things.

When I was very small I would cut fabric into small pieces and play with the different pieces to see what I could make. It then went into beads, ribbon, glue,and anything I could cut. My mom always told me I had a creative nature about me and yet she was always on me to clean up my messes. Later I discovered I loved taking something and adding to it or refurbishing it to make it prettier and all this has just stuck throughout my life. I love color and things that make me happy when looking at the finished piece. I love etsy as this is the perfect forum to be creative. I hope you see something that makes you happy !

Welcome, I am committed to making sure you get your item as quickly and smoothly as possible. My sincere feeling is in this type of business we all must maintain a little trust on both sides (at least I hope that will be the case). When I describe my items I will be honest and fair. I can assure you that it will be packaged and wrapped with utmost care. I would want any seller to do the same for me. There is nothing worse than to get something you ordered and it is either not described properly,or damaged due to improper packing. I want all my customers to feel free to convo me anytime they have questions about a purchase or an item in my shop. I will get back to you as quickly as I can.

Returns and exchanges
Once you have committed to an item I will not take refunds or returns. I will not be responsible once items are shipped and out of my hands regarding the postal services. I will always let the buyer know when the purchase has been sent to it's destination so you may be aware as to when it may arrive. If for any reason you are not happy with a purchase feel free to contact me and, on a case by case basis, I will try to resolve any issue. Together we can work together to make sure everyone has had a good experience and will be pleased with the purchases.
I will accept debit or credit cards which can be paid through pay pal.
I have included a shipping cost on all items. If the shipping costs more I will absorb that cost at this time. I will not insure anything under $100.00 if over that amount this can be negotiated when and if the need arises. I will contact the buyer once the item has shipped, I would welcome confirmation from the buyer when they receive the item if they so desire. Again, I will take the utmost care in my packaging. I use first class mail and if a confirmation number is wanted just let me know and I will obtain that . I have had very good success with the postal service thus far but I will definitely make available a confirmation number and I will obtain a tracking number as well for priority mail if I am asked to do so prior to shipping. I try to keep my shipping costs down so they are not passed on to my customers and yet some items such as my bridal pieces or more expensive items may warrant the security of a confirmation number if needed. Please just let me know your wishes before purchasing.
Additional policies and FAQs
** I have been asked as to when my bridal section will open so I will address that here. I plan to get that up and running around July 15thI These specific handmade pieces are usually sent First Class and with great success. to date. I will send them with a confirmation number or Priority with a tracking number if I am notified before purchase that this is your preference. There will be a slight increase in the shipping depending on the item so just be sure and let me know before checkout or the item s will be sent First Class. I will not be held responsible for any item once it has been shipped. I always let my customers know when the item is shipped and I do keep all receipts. If an item is lost or damaged that is out of my control, but I will do my best to help facilitate any issues you may have with the postal service .

** As with any veil or tulle when it is packed in an envelope or is sent in padding it has a tendency to appear slightly wrinkled upon removal, however I have used quality material and all you may need to do is lay it out, take a slightly warm iron with a cloth over the veiling, and lightly press. I have found if it is laid out for a day or two the piece will fluff up on it's own in most cases.

** Please note that if you find any item in my bridal section that
appeals to you but would want to change it up a bit I can customize it to your liking. All this can be achieved very easily through convo, pics, phone or e-mail. I will be happy to incorporate your ideas and do my best to accommodate your wishes for your very important day!

** One final note: All items are handmade and therefore no two are exactly the same. If you order duplicates your item will look as close to what you ordered as possible. I take great care to acquire this for my customers.
