The package was sent really quickly and Jenny answered me very quickly when i had a question. I am really enjoying this new activity and cannot wait to finish this project and start a new one!

About us
When I was 9 years old I was introduced to embroidery. It was literally love at first stitch and it's never left, that delight and pleasure in the simple act of sewing. Each stitch, the thread colours, the design being stitched, the finished item....and so the motive behind the kits is simple. To help get you in on that happy act too :)
As for the designs? Well, there are lots of lovely embroidery designs out there but none of them felt like a fit for my style and my home. I wanted to create something modern and fresh which others would enjoy stitching, and which would actually end up on the wall rather than the already overstuffed craft drawer! I'm a big fan of colour and texture, plus nature is my go to place for inspiration so it seemed like the most natural thing to combine these ingredients together.
I really hope you enjoy stitching the kits as much as I do :)

Jenny is a self taught textile artist & designer, and works from her home studio based in a small Scottish town nestled at the foot of the Cairngorm National Park. She lives here with her 2 girls and Mr Right.
Most days for Jenny include a walk amongst trees, a neglected pile of dishes, a trail of threads and a contented sigh! :)

If you wish to return any item/s, please contact us first to let us know, and then return the item/s within 30 days of delivery. A refund will be given ( excluding postage costs ) once the item has been returned and it has been found to be in it's original condition.

All items are sent from Scotland, UK via The UK Royal Mail Postal Service.
UK customers - the postage uses Royal Mail first class service.
If an 'express - signed for' service is preferred please select the UPGRADE OPTION at the checkout and the extra for this service will be added to your bill.
Europe and International customers - The Standard postage option uses the standard Royal International mails service which DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING. If you wish tracking information you must select the UPGRADE OPTION at the checkout and the extra for this service will be added to your bill.

-- UK Orders are sent via first class and take approx 1-3 business days to arrive in the UK

Frequently asked questions
Gift wrapping and packaging
Every kit you receive is gift wrapped in tissue paper with care before being posted in a card mailer or parcel box. I am happy to say there is NO PLASTIC used in the products used for posting.
Sending the kit as a gift?
Let us know in the message to seller, so we can add your own personal message.
There will be no receipt included with the parcel, however please be aware that it is law to declare a parcel contents and it's value when sending it out with the EU. This is written on a sticker on the outside of the parcel.
Warning
Some of the kits contain a sharp needle, please be careful when opening the kit packaging.
All children will require adult supervision.
Tracking information for my parcel?
If you wish tracking information for your order you need to select the upgrade option at the checkout where you will be provided this service at an added charge. All parcels (both domestic and international) are posted out using the very reliable standard Royal mail service which DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING.
International Shipping
Please note International shipping cannot be guaranteed to arrive within a certain time. The Royal Mail Guide gives an estimated time of 7-14 working days for a parcel to arrive, but also states to allow up to 21 working days to arrive.
If you wish your parcel to arrive quicker please select the upgrade tracking option at the checkout.

Xmas shipping times
The recommended last dates for placing your orders in time for arrival by xmas are displayed in the shop banner. These dates are taken from the Royal Mail Postal Guide however no 100% guarantee can be given before the 'big day' and it is advised to place an order as early as possible.
