New handmade live Aloe Veras in vintage mugs

You can call me Schooley. Most people do. I have lived in hot San Antonio, Texas for most of my life, but 5 years in Japan have influenced my tastes and styles immensely. I love the wabi-sabi approach and effort to waste nothing.

My shop started with vintage women's fashion and has expanded to include small home objects. My newest and possibly favorite addition has been Aloe Veras planted in vintage Japanese mugs. Keep checking back for more and more!

Most of these vintage items are used, and when needed, I mend them as much as possible. Any flaws or signs of age are noted in the product description. All items are sold as is. I estimate the modern sizing of clothing items, but please check the measurements to ensure a proper fit before you order.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Please check clothing measurements before you order, and consider any flaws noted in the product listing. If you have any questions about the condition of an item, please send a message. I will try to accommodate your needs!

If you feel your merchandise was falsely represented in the listing, or if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact Kiku Vintage Boutique within seven days of receipt. A refund will only be approved on items that are returned to the store in the same condition they were sent to you. They must arrive at the store within 14 days of the original receipt. Shipping is not paid or refunded by Kiku Vintage Boutique.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase, and your order will ship only after payment has been received. Payment is accepted via PayPal, credit card, and money order. If you want to request a hold, please send a message, and I will try to accommodate your needs.
Shipping
Kiku Vintage Boutique ships USA orders within five business days of payment via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation, unless otherwise noted in product listing.

International orders are shipped within five business days of payment via USPS First Class Airmail with proof of shipment (US customs declaration number), unless otherwise noted in product listing. Please note that the buyer is solely responsible for paying any taxes or customs fees incurred in their country. USPS does not provide tracking to many international countries. Packages have arrived late or been lost in transit to the following countries: China, England, Canada. Please convo with me if you would like to upgrade your shipping to include tracking or insurance.

Kiku is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. USPS priority mail includes insurance up to $100. I will work with you to file a claim if your merchandise arrives damaged. Please contact me and follow these instructions from the USPS: "If you received something damaged or items are missing from a package, please retain the contents you received and all the associated packing materials until your claim is settled. You may be asked to take them to your local Post Office™ for inspection later. Please do not reship the package."
