Derived from the brand’s heritage in Ghana, the name KORLEKIE means ‘Queen Of Eagles’ heralded by the Ga-Adangbe tribe in Eastern Region, Ghana.

Our products are built on principles of modernisation of traditional craft techniques such as knitwear, fused with pioneering technology and methods to create truly stunning, sustainable pieces of clothing.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
OUTLET Returns Policy

All outlet items have been used/worn by models or celebrities for promotional, press and fashion related events.

Note that the condition of all outlet items is preloved / lightly worn, not “retail new”. The condition each item is reflected in the significant retail discount applied.
Every item includes a detailed description of its condition and images of any slight flaws or signs of wear.
We do not sell items that are damaged beyond regular wear and tear. This includes items with broken hardware, zippers, significant tears or stains.

Please pay close attention to the item’s condition information found in the description of each store listing, for a clear indication of its condition before making a purchase.

NOT AS DESCRIBED / FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is not as described or faulty when it arrives, you must request an RMA code within 72 hours of its delivery, then return it within 14 calendar days.
Please note that items that have been are damaged a result of the customer’s handling/ wear/ misuse will not be considered as faulty and cannot be returned.

COLOURS
We have made every effort to display the colours of our outlet store items as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors and devices may vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of the tones and shades will be completely accurate.

RETURNS PROCESS
All returns must be requested via a message to the Client Liaison team, if accepted, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) code will be issued within 1 working day, and must be stated on the returns address label. Returned items will not be accepted without an RMA.
Items should be returned unused and with all garment tags, security and/or protective strips still attached, intact and un-tampered with. Where provided, all packaging accessories including, dust covers and brand tags must attached/included with the returned item(s).

Returns that have been damaged, marked, stained or altered by the customer will not be accepted.

MADE TO ORDER
All made to order items are non-refundable and cannot be returned. If for any reason there is an issue with your order i.e. sizing, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
Payment
Payment is due on all items within 24 hours of purchase.
Delivery
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, estimated delivery within 1-2 working days after dispatch. Special Delivery is available as a chargeable shipping upgrade.
