Passionate about working with silver

I came to silversmithing after a varied career in business admin and with absolutely no design/art background.

I am however, extremely practical and love working with fire and heat so when I started learning silversmithing I found a way to express my creative side. I spent many years attending adult education classes at my then local college, Richmond Art School and was fortunate to be taught by a very talented and lovely Scottish silversmith called Linda Robertson who has made commissions for members of the Royal family among others.

I still have a great deal to learn and will always be experimenting and trying to add to my skill set. The excitement of planning and then making something completely new never fails to make me love working in this medium.
