Announcement    ROYAL MAIL STRIKES - Please note that on the below dates RM will be striking and this will cause delays to any items posted before and after these dates. Etsy has not included the strikes action when calculating shipping times, so please order in advance or consider upgrading to a tracked service.

The Communication Workers Union (CWU) has called on its members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and letters to take further national strike action on the following dates:

Friday 30 September 2022 and Saturday 1 October 2022
Thursday 13 October 2022
Thursday 20 October 2022
Tuesday 25 October 2022
Monday 28 November 2022

Further dates have also been announced by the CWU for functional strike action which impacts parts of our operation on the following:

Processing, Distribution, International, Collections, Admin: 3, 9, 15, 24 November and 1 December 2022
Delivery: 4, 10, 16, 25 November and 2 December 2022
Network: 2, 8, 14, 23, 30 November 2022

I cannot tracked any standard 1st or 2nd class RM postage and they have asked us to advise customers of delays of up to 10 working days from the date of delivery.

What shipping carriers do you use?
RM 2nd class standard (NO TRACKING) or you can upgrade to RM 1st class (no tracking) . For orders over £35 I use a tracked courier service. For orders under £35 you can choose to upgrade to a courier service for a fee.
I am also adding a RM tracked 24 service which RM are prioritising during the strikes.

Please also note that my turnaround times will be extended during the peak season as I get busier but please feel free to get in touch if you need something for a specific date and I can advise if it is possible. ☺️

For International orders I use Royal Mail International Tracked.

Will you provide me with a tracking number?
For standard UK orders I do not use a tracked service so I am unable to check where your order is unfortunately.

Mostly orders are arriving on time but please allow for delays and I cannot give you a rough estimate of when your order may arrive. I apologise for any potential delays and I’m here to try and help where I can to ensure your order arrives to you.

Royal Mail do not consider a UK parcel to be lost until at least 10 working days (Mon -Fri)
after it was posted. Therefore I cannot replace a lost parcel until then. For international it is 25 working days.

If you’ve placed an order and there is an issue, please take photos and email me with your order number outlining the problem. I will try to respond as soon as I can.
If your order is damaged please also take photos of the packaging.

Hand drawn nursery and home decor.

Little M is named after my two “little Ms” Max and Mabel. I started my business whilst on maternity leave as a creative outlet during nap times and now I run my business full time around the kids - unfortunately there are no more nap times around here anymore!
All of my designs are hand drawn and lettered by me and I’m inspired by my children’s every changing interests. I work with a muted colour palette so you can mix and match my designs and I also offer personalisation or customisation on most of my products.
