The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your order please notify me within 14 days and I will provide you with details for your return and/or exchange. Returns must be sent back in their original condition, within 30 days of delivery. I am unable to accept returns on personalised orders.

All returned prints should be in their original, unopened, sleeves.
No items will be shipped until payment has been made. If payment is not made within 3 days your order will be cancelled.

I reserve the right to cancel any order at my discretion.
All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days (unless otherwise stated) and will be sent via Royal Mail, unless this method is unavailable. Items will be packaged as described in the listing.

If you would like your item sent recorded or next-day please contact me prior to making your purchase so I can make the appropriate changes. Please note this may not be available for overseas orders.

I cannot be responsible for any items lost in the post but will always gain proof of postage.

Information Sharing and Disclosure:
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

Data Retention:
