About

MagiCraftShop - Where Art Becomes Magic!

We are two artisans, Fabrizio and Veronica, 10 years ago we started this work, a little bit for passion and a little bit for need.

We started selling glass runes painted by hand and diaries decorated with branches and natural materials, found into the woods... but during the years, the passion became art and we created new items inspired by nature and the pagan world, with our personal models and techniques... all these make our items unique and unobtainable if not from us.

Our business started with Ebay in December 31th in 2008, afterwards Facebook became our first place where we were able to show our arts and in 2012, we started to sell on Etsy as well as to export our products around the world.
USA, UK, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Norway and more.
In 2016, we moved in this magical place that is Scotland and here we started a new step for our business, starting to sell on Amazon and opening this personal website.

We would like to tell you that even if it looks like a business, actually there is more: all our items are made with love and cure, every item that you see on our website is made with passion, cure for particulars, attention for your requests and for your happiness.
An important point is that our items are made with natural materials and colors, our business doesn't damage the Nature, EVER. Also our items are totally CRUELTY FREE, we don't use leather or materials coming from animals.
The wood is always retrieved in the nature and if not possible to do it, we always get the wood which comes from forests responsibly managed.

Our items are customizable, totally handmade and if you don't find the perfect item, tell us, we can make it for you with all your requests.
We pride ourselves on our friendly service, we try our best to meet all our customers needs and requirements. Both within our group and on our online store.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
As specified in the Distance Selling Rules we can't offer refunds or exchanges on the following items:

"All the custom items or made to order items."

Once we have started work or begun to provide a service, the customer is contractually bound to honour their part of the contract so long as us.

ABOUT RETURNS:
If the item is NOT faulty, wrong or something like that and you want return it to us because you are not satisfied or it is not like what you wanted, the return postage cost is up to you to pay.
We will pay the return shipment JUST in case the item is faulty or wrong.

If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay with your credit card (please follow PayPal instructions to make your payment www.paypal.com ).
If you are problems with the PayPal payment or with other payments, please contact us, we will happy to help you.

If you don't want to pay with PayPal, you can use Etsy Payment and send the payment through your credit/debit card.

When the payment was carried, you can't cancel the order because after received it we buy the materials for making the items ordered and they are not reimbursable.
You can cancel the order before 24h after the purchase.

PLEASE, think about this before to purchase something from us, this is the only way to avoid problem for both of us.
Shipping
We ship WORLDWIDE by Registered Airmail with tracking or proof of Delivery ( Royal Mail or courier like Hermes, Parcel Force and more ).
Each case is made to order, and your item(s) will be shipped to according the type of item ( weight and sizes ).
We don't ship without tracking code.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

● EU: 3-7 business days
● USA / Canada / Australia / New Zealand / Japan / Singapore: 7-12 business days + custom times
● Other countries: may take up to 2-3 weeks + custom times

PLEASE, you need to know that further taxes to importation/custom taxes will have to be paid by buyer.

For the time of creation of item(s), please look on item(s) description.

DELAYS / NON-DELIVERY/DAMAGE ITEMS

We always make sure to send out your orders on time, but postal systems and customs are just out of our hands. Your patience is very much appreciated! Anyway, we are always on YOUR side, and we'll send to the post office/courier a complaint so as we'll have a refund.
ATTENTION: to send a complaint, we usually needed these informations below:

- Detailed information about the item(s).
- Detailed information about the damage to the item(s).
- Photographs of the packaging - inner & outer.
- Photographs of the damage to the item(s).
- An invoice you can upload or send in the post as proof of this item(s) value.

PLEASE IT'S VERY IMPORTANT that you have to keep ALL original packaging, any pieces damaged etc, you don't HAVE TO WASTE ANYTHING before the complaint has been done.
Otherwise, it will be impossible to make a complaint with the poste office/courier and unfortunately we can't offer any refund to you ( partially or full ).

ATTENTION: the parcels are not insured by default, if you want an insurance for your parcel, you can pay for it during the purchase, you can choose between standard shipment ( no insurance ) or insurance shipment. If you buy an insured shipment, you have an high possibility to get a refund for lost or damage item, otherwise we can't assure the refund.

ATTENTION: if the parcel can't be delivered by the courier for WRONG ADDRESS, it's up to you pay a second shipment in order to have the item again, and any further costs due to the return delivery. If you refuse to do that, we can't send the item again until the payment from you is not done. Otherwise, if you refuse to do the payment and you don't want the item anymore, we can give you just a partial refund ( the cost of the item ) less the shipment cost that we already made. So please when you make an order with us CHECK ALWAYS THE ADDRESS. We are not responsible for your mistakes.
