Delivery

**WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING THE SHIPPING UPGRADE**
This will upgrade the postage service to a Tracked and Signed For delivery. Upgrades must be purchased with your order and cannot be purchased after. You will NOT be able to Track your order with standard shipping.
The shipping upgrade does NOT speed up dispatch time NOR does it speed up delivery time. It gives you the option of seeing where your order is.

All items are dispatched from England. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail either First Class or second class and International orders are sent via Royal Mail standard internal.
Royal Mail estimated shipping time (after dispatch) are as follows
UK 1-2 business days
Europe 7-10 business days
The rest of the world 7-21 business days

These times are estimated and can not be guaranteed and International delivery can take a lot longer.
**Please be aware that delivery can sometimes take longer due to delays in customs and postal service. These customs delays and postal service delays are beyond our control therefore Royal Mail orders cannot be classed as 'lost' until 10 business days for UK, 20 business days for Europe and 25 business days for the rest of the world - have passed from estimated delivery date** Therefore on the rare occasion that an item is delay we cannot do anything until after this date has passed and No refund can be given until the shipping + extra days have passed.

WE RECOMMEND WHEN ORDERING ALLOWING UP TO 3-4 WEEKS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. PLEASE NOTE THAT AT CHRISTMAS THIS TIME CAN INCREASE TO 6 WEEKS.

SHIPPING - Where is my tracking number?

All our orders are sent via Royal mail 1st class or International standard- unfortunately these services DO NOT offer tracking information. If you wish to have your order tracked please purchase the 'shipping upgrade' at the checkout or if this option is unavailable please contact us and we will add it for you.

FAIRY DOOR - How do I attach my fairy door to the wall?

There are a number of ways to attach your fairy door to your wall. You can use double sided sticky tape, adhesive, glue dots or Blu Tac . I personally prefer to use Blu Tac - It's widely available, easy to use and completely removable without damaging the wall.
**Wall fixing is not included**

VINYL STICKERS - Will my stickers come with transfer tape?

Some of our stickers such as our 'Easy peel and stick' stickers DO NOT come with transfer tape, however if you would like them to then just add a note at the checkout and we will apply it to you stickers.
