I had hoped these would be larger to use in my play scale doll's house, but they make good bantam chicken eggs.

Welcome to MedievalMorsels. My aim is to provide fine quality, 12th scale dollshouse food that will enhance your Medieval (Middle Ages), English Tudor including also Elizabethan, and European Renaissance period dollshouse or room box settings!

All my miniature foods, and their presentation, are based on careful food history and social history research. I take pleasure in sharing some of what I have learned in my product listings!

My aim is to accurately model Medieval and later foods as were eaten throughout the British Isles and Europe.

Returns and exchanges
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased you have fourteen days, from date of receipt to return the item for a full refund. Please ensure that the item is in the same condition that you received it, if you are returning it. Please note that customers, not me the seller, are liable for postage costs when returning items.

Sometimes the extremely low temperatures in an unpressurised aircraft hold may cause the glues used to fail and items/parts can become unglued. If this happens please send me an e-ail via Etsy and I can advise on the best type of glue to use.

If your item is damaged in transit beyond a simple re-glue repair please e-mail me via Etsy and I will work with you to put things right, to your satisfaction, as swiftly as possible. I want you to be fully satisfied with my product and my service.

I may be able to post "slim" parcels (less than 25mm including packing) to the UK at large letter not parcel rate. If this is the case I always refund the difference in postage.
Payment
MedievalMorsels accepts all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Etsy gift vouchers.
Shipping
My quoted prices are for up to 100grams (c. 3.5 ounces) weight parcel dispatched via Royal Mail's standard international airmail. For orders exceeding 100 grams in weight I will advise you of the postage cost before proceeding. I do obtain and keep the certificate of posting.
I post within 3-5 working days (this does not include Saturday or Sunday) of receiving a cleared payment. International parcels have a full customs declaration and my name and address supplied.
Customers are responsible for any import duty or taxes that may be due in their own country.
Unfortunately I cannot take responsibility for non-delivery in your country of origin. If you wish to employ postal tracking of your item from the UK as a means of "insurance" provided by a third party (ie not me) please send me a conversation and I will enquire about the additional cost and offer this as an option.

To keep prices low parcels for UK delivery will be dispatched by second class small parcel mail. Some savings on the advertised rates may be possible for thinner packages that will post as a large letter. If so I always refund overpaid UK postage.
Additional policies and FAQs
Most of my items are light in weight and several can be combined in the overseas postage rate quoted - which is for 100 grams weight (c 3.5 ounces) to include all protective packaging. (In other words I do not charge postage per item.) For orders exceeding 100 grams in weight I will advise you of the postage rate that will apply before proceeding.

My postage rates reflect those currently charged by the UK's Royal Mail.

The customer is responsible for any tax and customs charges which may be charged in the client's country of receipt.

I am happy to discuss custom orders at 1:12, 1:6 and 1:24 scale based on my current product range. Please send me a conversation to enquire.
