5 out of 5 starsArrived quicker than I expected in the mail, about a week and a half! I really appreciated the personal packaging with the cute little box with a bow, and tissue paper with the pins inside. The pins are just as I expected they would be - gorgeous! Looking forward to wearing these at my wedding in a few months :) Thank you!!!

Delivery
All my items will be sent from Hungary with Registered Priority Mail to Worldwide after cleared payment.
From a smoke-free and pet-free home.
I can send you the tracking number if you wish.
I make my own boxes for safe shipping, it's take me a long time, but I want my work arrive in a perfect condition to you! Sometimes I use some recycled components when shipping.
Address:
Please, make sure your address on Etsy matches your address on PayPal. If these are not the same (and there is no message to seller), I will ship to your Etsy address.
Orders usually takes to Europe 2-4, to Canada and Australia 4-8, USA 6-14 working days. But sometimes your package could hold by the post office and that could make the delivery time take a bit longer.
If you are not home when your mail arrive, please look out for a note from your local post office to arrange a redelivery or a pick up.
All my items are wrapped with care, but sometimes during the posting the Petals can flatten down. With this method they will bounce back to shape.
Hold the pin with one hand and the other hand crunch the petals gently upwards, they usually bounce back to shape.
I cannot be held responsible for delayed or damaged packages and will not offer refunds.
In the event of loss order upon delivery, please notify me as soon as possible. I will need to make the approporiate insurance claim. Please keep in mind the post office only start an inquiry after 30 days of the posting date and could take up to 30-60 days to get a compensation. I will refund you, as soon as I get a confirmation from the post office, the order been lost.
*Seller is not responsible for custom duties or import tariffs, taxes, or fees (or additional delays caused by customs.) Buyers, please be aware that you "may" be required to pay these additional charges when the package reaches your country. You may wish to contact your local customs office for estimates of these charges and for further information.
