Hi and welcome to my shop! I make beautiful decorative homewares, and love making memory items that are personally significant. I love the idea of upcycling interesting fabrics and patterns into new, useful and significant creations. I hope you like what I've made too!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I very much hope you love your purchase, however, if you don't I'll do my utmost to resolve the issue. Please contact me within 14 days of receipt if there are any problems. I am happy to discuss returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Clearly, if it's faulty it can be returned. My items are made with love, and I want my products to be in happy homes with satisfied customers!
Payment
Minimanna accepts paypal, credit cards and Etsy Gift Cards. Please notify me as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order, before the estimated dispatch date!
Delivery
All items will be delivered in the UK by second class mail. If you'd like other faster delivery services, signed for or insurances let me know and I can invoice for the relevant service. International deliveries are Airmail, **this service is not tracked**.

I'm happy to combine postage on orders of multiple items as and when this occurs. If your combined postage is more than necessary I will refund the difference (some combined orders are awkward as my items are many weights and sizes and this makes combined costs sometimes difficult to apply blanket rules to!)

For multiple orders I always recommend using a signed for service so that your order can be tracked in the event of delays. Standard deliveries are impossible to trace if they go missing, which can be very frustrating for all concerned. In the event of a delayed standard delivery, 20 working days (Europe) or 25 working days (rest of the world) will need to elapse before I am able to take any action regarding your order, as per Royal Mail's stated delivery terms and conditions. Tracked and insured services are clearly subject to different terms, which will be made clear at the time of purchase.

**Please remember that during the Christmas period mail is often delayed due to high volumes of post, and I cannot guarantee delivery without using a special delivery service relevant to your own country, at an additional cost.**

Buyers are responsible for any additional customs charges that may be applied to international orders.

I will email as soon as your item is posted so you can look forward to its arrival!
Your item will arrrive wrapped in minimanna-printed brown paper tied up with string, see images on some items. In the unlikely event that your order fails to arrive, please contact me and we can take it from there.

I am very enthusiastic about recycling and wish to avoid unneccessary new plastic packaging. I will wrap your order in paper and recycled bubble wrap and post in a recycled plastic bag or paper. Please rest assured that it will be packaged in materials that will ensure it is delivered in perfect condition.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please allow 1-2 weeks to fulfil orders, I'm a busy mother and can't guarantee a quicker turnaround on items made to order. However, if it's possible, I'll aim for within 1-3 days of the order unless custom. I will be able to tell you at the time of ordering how long it should take to make and dispatch your item. I will always strive to maintain a good dialogue with you to ensure you receive the best service possible!

If you post fabric to me to custom make a personalised order, please take adequate care to ensure its safe delivery to me - I cannot be held responsible for your precious fabric being lost or damaged and would urge you to consider signed for delivery/insurance if you are concerned about this.

Information I Collect:

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Etsy - I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
