As mixopic templates are digital files, unfortunately there are no refunds or exchanges if you have downloaded the files. If you purchase a template by mistake, please DO NOT download the files and get in touch to discuss your options.

Our templates are created in the latest versions of industry standard software packages. We provide Photoshop (PSD), Illustrator (AI) and Vector EPS files for other vector editing packages such as CorelDRAW, Affinity Designer etc. If you don’t have access to the packages, you can download free trails from Adobe here:
