If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We will do everything we can, within reason to make your transaction a positive experience.

CUSTOM orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.

All non-custom items can be refunded within 14 days of you receiving the item. However, we will not be held responsible for the return shipping, any tracking or insurance purchased for the item, unless there is something defective in the product upon receiving it that somehow we did not notice before shipping it.

Payment through Paypal or Credit Card is preferred. If using Paypal or a Credit Card we expect payment right away. If sending a money order, we will send your item within 3 business days of receiving your payment. Please communicate with us if you are sending a money order. If we have not received your payment within 7 days we will relist the item.

Also we will not begin any custom order until you have clearly stated you want the item and payment has cleared.

We will ship your item within 3 business days of receiving payment. In most cases your item will be shipped the day following receipt of payment. We will send you a notification that your order has been shipped.

This mother-daughter team do not live in the same city. Our blankets are shipped from a different location than our headbands, so if you order both, they will likely come at different times and in different packages. All items are shipped from the United States and will be packaged very carefully for shipping. Because of our value to care for the environment, we often will re-use shipping supplies such as boxes or bubble pack envelopes. If you would like us to ship a gift directly to someone, we are happy to use new packaging supplies for a nicer presentation. Just communicate with us about this upon checkout.

Tracking and insurance are not included in the shipping cost, although if you pay with Paypal, we will create a shipping label that includes a tracking number. This number will be included in the shipping notification that we will email you upon shipping your package. If you would like to purchase either of these please contact us. Once an item is sent, we cannot be held responsible for how long it takes to arrive or if it does not arrive at all, although we do not anticipate this being a problem and have not had issues with this in the past.

As a general rule, unless requested, we do not include a receipt when we ship. Upon payment you should receive an automatic receipt to the email address that is connected to your etsy profile.

Shipping prices within the U.S. vary by item. Check the item description for shipping costs. Almost all items are shipped priority mail or first class but some larger quilts will be shipped parcel post. For international buyers, if your country is not listed in our shipping cost, please contact us and be prepared to provide us with your full address so that we can get an exact quote for you. Every country also has it's own customs regulations and duty fees - please be aware of these as they relate to your country. All international orders ship First Class.

All of our items are created by hand so no two are identical.

Where items are upcycled this will be stated in the description.

All of our items are created in a pet and smoke free home. Some items are washed prior to shipping. If this is the case it will be stated in the description. If you are sensitive to certain detergents it is advised that you wash the item before using.

We welcome custom orders and we do wholesale orders (minimum $100) on headbands only. We are open to doing consignment on our headbands if you are willing to cover all shipping costs involved. We are also open to consigning if your store is in or near Redding, CA and has good foot traffic.
