We ship via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Select (both services offer tracking & insurance). We strive to get your pottery packaged and in the mail as quickly as possible after receiving your order. We will promptly refund shipping overages.

We are very careful when packaging our pottery for shipment, but in the rare case that your pottery is damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible for replacement. We do require photos of the damaged pottery and packaging for our records.

If you are unhappy with your pottery and wish to exchange or return it, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will make arrangements for a return & will send you a shipping label. Do keep the original packing materials to return the item to us safely.

In any case, if you are unhappy with your purchase from us, we will make it right. Just contact us, and we will work it out.

The pottery we create is completely lead free and food safe. It's also dishwasher, oven and microwave safe. Stoneware is very durable- use it often!

Our schedule does not typically allow time for custom orders, but please feel free to contact us. We are always willing to hear what you have in mind.

We do not offer gift wrapping- sorry! We use earth-friendly packaging materials as much as possible. The packing peanuts are made of corn starch and are eco-friendly and compostable.
