Information that I will need to collect from any customers purchasing from my shop, Netties Shells will be a name, address, email and card details which are dealt with by PayPal, sage pay or other secure online payment processor affiliated with Etsy.
This is because my products are physical object which will need to be posted to you and an email will be sent to update you on shipping.
I am a 1 woman business and you information is not shared with anyone in person other than myself.
I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Your information will be kept on Etsy until I fulfil your order within a few day. It will then be achieved with Esty. The only way that I gain access to Esty is through my desktop computer which is password protected and only I know the password and through my phone which is also double password protected.
