I no longer take custom/personalized orders nor do I take custom scent requests, my apologies! At this time I am too busy to take on the extra work alone.

Not much care is needed for my products but it is best to keep them in a cool dry space. As I do not include Parabens and other Preservatives in my items, any contact with water could produce bacteria! It's best to use them up before that could happen. Most listings should have specific directions on how to use the item as well as the shelf life. If you're still unsure, however, please don't hesitate to message me with your question!

I am always in the process of updating my shop's current Scents and Items! Because of this some scents and previously available sizes or items may no longer be available. I do this when these particular scents and items are not selling well or have created difficulties behind the scenes.

This applies to Orders of these dollar amounts AFTER Coupons are applied and BEFORE Shipping. These do NOT stack. EFFECTIVE MAY 1ST 2016 ONWARD any previous orders do NOT COUNT toward the free gifts/10+ order count.

Every '10th' Milestone Order receives a Free Gift of my choice. This means your 10th, 20th, 30th, etc. orders will all include an appropriate gift. It may be something I know you like or something new for you to try. If you spend the appropriate dollar amount you will also receive the above gift with your order.

*If you place multiple orders within a 24-48 hour period they will not count as a new Order. There must be significant time between or else I will consider it to be abusing the free gift system. If orders ship together they are considered one order. I reserve the right to consider a certain time frame between orders as acceptable or not.

Packages that are marked delivered by USPS will not be refunded/replaced unless damage occurred due to my error (inadequately packed inside, for example). Photo proof will be required of any such instance. PLEASE be sure to put in the correct address at checkout or contact me IMMEDIATELY with an updated address. I cannot be held responsible for USPS error (mis/nondelivery, late delivery, etc.) or stolen packages. Once the package leaves my hands I have no control over them. Replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis but a second shipping payment IS required and will not be refunded for the previous package. If you are not okay with these policies please do not purchase from my shop. Thank you!
