Returns and exchange details

I want you to be happy with your items and I will accept returns or exchanges (non-custom orders) within 15 days of the shipping date. Just contact me to arrange for a refund/exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior approval will not be accepted. Order must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

Note: Original and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

Insurance is not included in the purchase price. Should you wish to purchase insurance on your item, please let me know in "notes to seller" and I will calculate the price and bill you accordingly.

I ship by USPS or UPS or Federal Express at my option.

Additional policies and FAQs

Every item in my shop is made entirely by me. Each item began as a lump of clay. I use only porcelain or stoneware clay--no earthenware. Most are formed on the potter's wheel or hand built (or a combination of both). My signature glazes I mix myself from raw ingredients. I have had tremendous help from Ron Roy (who wrote the book on glazes), as well as the group, Clayart. All glazes for functional ware are food safe, dishwasher safe, and microwave safe. I do not use any lead or barium in my glazes.
