What level of sewing/ crochet is needed for the craft kits?
The kits are suitable for confident beginners upwards.

How will the craft kit be packaged?
The craft kits all come in a box. Small items like buttons and beads are wrapped in tissue paper to help prevent them from getting lost. The kits have labels tied around them marked with the name of the kit, although I'm happy to write whatever you like on the label. Just let me know at the time of ordering! The box can also be used to store the kit if you don't finish it in one go.

Do the craft kits contain everything I need?
It depends on the kit. The contents of each kit is listed in the description. For the sewing kits, it is assumed that the recipient will have basic sewing supplies, such as sewing needles, so these are not included.

If you would like some extra items included, such as needles, sewing thread or an embroidery hoop, please convo me and I'll be happy to help.

Can I request a kit in a different colour?
Yes! Please convo me with your requirements.

Do you do custom kits?
Yes I do! Just let me know what you need :)

Can I buy a ready made version instead of a kit?
This is usually possible. Please convo me and I can let you know prices and a likely timescale.

What skill level is required for the sewing patterns?
These are aimed at confident beginners upwards. Full, clear instructions are provided and anybody who has some sewing experience should be able to manage them.

When I buy a pattern, will I receive anything in the post?
No. The patterns are all available as digital downloads, so you should receive the link as soon as payment has been processed.

What about if I get stuck?
If you have difficulties with either a kit or a pattern, please message me and I'll be happy to help.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
