Crafty

I have always been a person who looks a product to see if I can make it better than the original. It is my love of all things paper that started this company. I one of the reasons why I started this shop was while I was working at a local scrapbook chain, people kept asking me if the store made the scrapbooks and cards. the answer was always no. One day it hit me, "You can do it", and so I set off to plan out my shop.
I opened up shop on Etsy in January 2010 (I had already been a buyer since 2007), and I never looked back.

Welcome to my shop. Please feel free to ask any questions you have of my products,or my services. If there are any questions about customizing a piece that I previously worked on, again, please ask. Thank you in advance for your purchase.

For Damaged Products.

I will do my best to protect your finished product, however, issues do happen, and I do not have control over what happens between the time I send your order to you and the time of arrival of your order. I apologize in advance if your order is damaged in any way. If you see that your order has arrived in less than ideal conditions (meaning it arrived in a different condition than when I put it in the shipping container), you have three options:*
1. You can return the product for a full refund.
2. You can return the product and I will send you a new one.
3. You can keep the damaged product and I can send you a partial refund

For Customized Products

First, it is extremely important that when you order a customized product that you write in the conversations section of my shop colors you need, correct spellings of names, and so on. However, I am human, and I make mistakes. When your custom order arrives, and it is not to your satisfaction, please let me know. It is now a damaged item, and the policies for damaged products is the same as your custom order. Please accept my sincere apologies if this happens.

* You may also request a store credit in place of a monetary refund.
Payment
Please note: please pay 50% of the total payment if you are request custom orders. Once the project is completed the other half is due before I ship. The second half will include shipping and handling. I use the Post office for shipping for small orders, UPS and Fedex for large orders. This is not an option, so please do not ask.
If the order needs to be changed or canceled for any reason, including changing your mind about using my product, please notify me 24 to 72 hours before the order is due to be shipped out to you.
Please pay by PayPal and credit cards ONLY. I do not except checks. I except Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through Paypal.

Refunds will be in form of store credit.

Shipping
Turn around time for most orders is 2-4 weeks. I use the Post office for shipping for small orders, UPS and FedEx for large orders. I usually will use an envelope with padding in it. I do include delivery confirmation and insurance, especially on customized orders. For local orders, no shipping will be included, but I will make arrangements to meet you. No international orders please, unless you have a US or Canadian address for backup. I will ship to Canada and military bases, as long as you have an APO address. No PO Boxes for large orders, please unless you have a big enough box to fit it in.
Additional policies and FAQs
I create customized orders and order less than 200 cards or tags. Please remember quantity is the key: The more products you need, the longer it takes for me to complete the project. For customized orders, I will keep a master, in case you need more, once you receive the initial order. I will also ship you a copy of the template in case you are in a pinch, but the product takes longer to send. The average turn-around time for most orders is 2-6 weeks depending on the order.
