Can you make custom pieces?
Of course! I'm always open to discussing custom or freelance work whether its for consumer or business. Feel free to drop me an email at paige@pnbdesigns.co.uk
Can you make this print in "X" size?
If you require your prints to be printed in a size not listed per item, we can print your product for you in many more sizes. Just email us at paige@pnbdesigns.co.uk and we can discuss your custom size.
When will my item ship?
Usually, items take 1-2 working days or 3-5 working days to be prepared and posted depending on the items you are purchasing. Their shipping time will depend on your location, and the shipping method you choose at checkout. The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.
Personalised items take a little longer. Please allow roughly 1-2 weeks for your item to be prepared and dispatched. Once dispatched please allow 2-5 working days.
Do you accept Returns?
Yes! You may return any item from 14 days of receipt of your order, providing it is in an as-new and saleable condition. For more information please read our Returns & Deliveries policy.
I need to Return an Item, What should I do?

Oh no! My item got damaged in the post! What should I do?
Don't panic! Check out the returns info under "damaged item".
Gift wrapping and packaging
All orders are wrapped in recyclable and eco friendly packaging. If you are buying for a gift, please let me know at checkout and I will include a personalised note for you (make sure to include the gift message). I can also offer gift wrapping your item in our luxury wrapping paper and include a gift message. If you require this please make sure to tick the gift wrapping option at checkout. If not ticker gift wrapping will not be applied.
