Good presets for instagram or if you are learning

Very easy to use and add notes in it! A planner you can access to at anytime from any device and on which you can easily keep track of your dog's vet appointments, allergies, special diet and food, etc . If you have a Chromebook I personaly recommend using the Xodo app which works perfectly. I am just wondering how could I custom this planner with my Dog's name and photo for instance? I am not very used of the notes editing app so maybe I did not find the right way, or maybe this is simply not possible.
