Orders are shipped within 3 - 5 business days. I’ll send you a notification when your item is shipped.

The time it'll take to arrive to you really varies. I ship from the Netherlands, and Dutch postal services are not the quickest. Generally within Europe and to the US it will take up to 5 weeks, outside of that (Australia, South-America etc) will take up to 6 weeks. Tracked shipments usually arrive a bit quicker. You can find the shipment upgrade for tracked shipping at the shop check out.

Q: Where are you located?
A: I live in the Netherlands, a tiny country in Europe.

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: If it’s on planet Earth, yep! I ship internationally.

Q: How quickly do you ship after I’ve ordered?

Q: How do I track my order?

Q: My order hasn’t arrived! What do I do?
A: It has been over five or six weeks, and you still haven’t received anything? Don’t worry, just send me a convo and we’ll make sure the item you purchased will get to you.

Q: I entered the wrong address while ordering, what do I do?
A: Just send me a convo asap! Please send do this as soon as you can, when it's shipped I can’t change the address anymore.

Q: Do I have to pay customs an additional fee to get the item released to me?
A: Sometimes you do. It depends on the laws in your country which, unfortunately, I can’t influence.

Q: Can you mark the package as a "gift" on the customs form, so I don't have to pay customs fees?
A: I can but I won’t, because it’s illegal and jail really doesn’t seem like a fun place to me.

Q: When will [product] be in stock again?
A: Unfortunately I can't notify everyone who send me a convo when a product is back in stock but it's always a good idea to follow my instagram or facebook for updates, turn on notification to make sure you don't miss them!

Q: How do you make your enamel pins & patches?
A: I don’t make them myself. I design them, and have a third party make them for me.

Q: Can I get your t-shirt design printed on another t-shirt?
A: The prints on the t-shirts are all silk-screened by a third party on a batch of shirts I deliver. I therefore can’t print the design on a single specific shirt you choose.

Q: Everything sells out too fast. Can you reserve an item for me?
A: I really wish I could! But I don’t think it’s fair to other people, so no can’t do. It's first come first serve. Sorry!

Q: I placed an item in my cart and tried to buy it, but then it said the item was sold out.
A: My shop unfortunately doesn't hold items that are sitting in carts. The item is only yours once the transaction has been completed.

Q: When will they be restocked?
A: Please keep track of my instagram or facebook for exact release dates & times as well, turn on notification to make sure you don't miss them!

Q: I missed them again! Can I pre-order one?
A: I don’t do pre-orders generally, however I might do it in the future. Just keep an eye on my instagram or facebook to keep up to date on these kind of things!

Q: Can you make one that looks like my (boyfriend’s / neighbor’s / local trainstation’s) cat?
A: I wish I had the time, but right now I don’t do custom kitty planters.

Q: Do you take commissions?
A: I’m usually pretty busy with other projects, but you can always shoot me an email to see if we can work something out!

Q: Can I get your design tattooed?
A: Yes of course you can! The only thing I ask is that you show me when it's done (preferably by email), credit me in the pictures you share on social media, and tag me in pics on Instagram (don’t mention me, cause I probably won’t see that).

Q: I have a blog, can you send me free stuff?
A: Sometimes I run into a blog that I really like, and I may choose to approach them to send them some of my stuff. Otherwise probably not, sorry!
